However, if you are ever unhappy with our service, your hair, or the way we run our organisation...WE WANT TO KNOW! If we can work on our weaknesses, we will only get better and better at being able to look after you.

- We will give you a comprehensive quote for your hair services. If you have a budget, PLEASE tell us. Don’t ever assume we’re too expensive. Let’s say you sat down with us and said ‘I have X dollars to spend on my hair, what can you do?’ Our staff would do their best to make sure you can walk out looking and feeling great, within your budget.
- We will show you and tell you about what we are using on your hair. It’s part of our responsibility as hairdressers to educate you as to what we know is going to make your hair look and feel gorgeous!
- We will always tell you about our incentive programs, and keep you up to date with our latest specials
- We won’t drone on and on about our weekend. Our conversation with you will be professional, and it will mostly be about hair and how to do it. Mind you, if you’re up for a bit of a chat, we’re happy about that too!
- We won’t let you leave until we feel secure in the knowledge that you are happy with what we have done.
- We will call you the week after you have your hair done, to make sure everything is ok. If it’s not, PLEASE tell us....good or bad, all feedback is appreciated.
